Extrusion die is our newly designed mould.
The production line equiped with this mould could produce ABS, PP, PE ,PS PMMA PCsingle layer, multi-layers composite floor sheet, widely used in carriage, train, airport, hotel, public building, house decoration, etc.
·Surface of flow channel is hard chrome plated, with thickness of 0.02-0.03mm, hardness 60-65 (ROCKWELL); outside die surface chrome plated thickness 0.01-0.02mm, facilitating maintenance and corrosion prevention.
·Lip surface finish precision reaches 0.05-0.1(μm), other surfaces 0.12-0.18(μm).
